How it works

Before we put pen to paper (or iPad in our case), have a quick read through the information below. We’ve drawn up this guide to keep things smooth, simple, and stress-free for you!

Step 1 - pick your print

First things first, choose the type of portrait you’d like from our products, eg. A4 Cartoon Pet Portrait. There are a few different sizes and styles to pick from depending on what you're after, and if you're completely stuck on what would work best with the photo you’ve got, just give us a message. Step 2 - customise

Upload the photo you'd like us to illustrate – it could be your pet, your partner, your baby, or your best friend… you name it, we’ll draw it. Then pick your background colour, add a name if the option is there, and choose any extra options on the page (like special customisations, eg. removing a dog's collar). Once you're happy, head to checkout and place your order.

Step 3 - time to relax

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, your portrait will enter our drawing queue. We’ll usually email your artwork proof within 7–14 working days, giving you the chance to review it and request any reasonable minor amendments. Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll print it, pack it and send it using your chosen Royal Mail tracked delivery.
